The Associated Press: Citi to suspend foreclosures for 30 days

Great news for some homeowners facing foreclosures. Citi has decided to suspend all foreclosure and evictions starting today and ending January 17th 2010. This suspension only applies to mortgages owned by Citi. Please note that some people may pay Citi, but the mortgage is not owned by Citi. Merry Christmas.
